After 15 years on site in France, our team extended its work to the Balearic Islands, where we know the land, its materials, its techniques and its way of building.
Today we work with teams in Paris and on the islands: Parisian craft and standards, with a local presence in Menorca, Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera.

Frequently asked questions
How do you work?
In four steps. First, we talk about the project: what you want to create, your needs and, where they exist, the drawings. Then we visit the site and give you an itemised quote with a schedule. During the build, we coordinate trades, suppliers and teams. And before handing over the keys, we check every space, every finish and every detail.
How can I follow progress if I’m not on the island?
We propose a weekly progress meeting with the client and the architect, plus a project WhatsApp group to deal in real time with anything that needs attention. You also receive regular reports with progress photos.
Do you also do the design?
No. We build the architect’s or studio’s project. If you’re an owner without an architect yet, tell us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Based in Menorca. Working across the Balearics, mainland Spain and France.
Which languages do you work in?
Spanish, French and English, including documentation and reporting.
What kind of projects do you take on?
